French Gastro-bar "Hôtel De Ville"

French Gastro-bar "Hôtel De Ville"
If I had only three words to describe Hôtel de Ville those would be: delicious, authentic, and classy. It's an elegant French bistro in the Old North district of Tel Aviv that has a truly Parisian style. Everything, from the decor to the stuff's uniform, makes you feel like a character in Woody Allen's "Midnight in Paris".
Wooden tables, old rusted mirror, French posters - all this makes you feel like you are not in the Middle East any more. Atmosphere, music, and and of course Tal, Hôtel de Ville's manager and most welcoming host, will make this a remarkable experience.

The chef, Yogev Yehros, managed to transfer the exquisite taste of French cuisine with his imaginative dishes: thin slices of beetroot with blue cheese, asparagus with nuts and mushrooms in olive oil, tender calf tartare, crispy croissant with bacon and egg - all the Israeli favourites softened by French classics.
Hôtel de Ville has a great choice of cocktails, and I've completely fallen for one of them. "Cafè Fou" - a cocktail made of whisky, demerara syrup, coffee, and one of the most popular Israeli spices Hawaij. On a cold rainy day at the beginning of winter that was the perfect drink to warm my body and soul. If you are ever there, it's a must!
Hotel de Ville serves brunch on Friday & Saturday, from 09:00 until 17:00.
On week days you can get their Business Lunch from 12:00 until 17:00.
And the most important thing: they have Happy Hour from Sunday to Thursday, from 12:00 to 19:00, with 20% off Cocktails and discounts on beer and wine by the glass.

Hôtel de Ville is open until 01:00 and on Thursdays until 02:00.
